Check results ------------- * Results are written in the "output" directory (e.g. runs/Neutrinos/samples) h5ls runs/Neutrinos/samples/Neutrinos.hdf5/Neutrinos Plotting results ---------------- * To generate plots we use pippi Pippi file: Neutrinos.pip ./pippi/pippi Neutrinos.pip * Best fit point is printed in the parse directory (e.g. runs/Neutrinos/parse) less runs/Neutrinos/parse/Neutrinos.best_all * Plots are generated in the selected plots directory (e.g runs/Neutrinos/plots) okular runs/Neutrinos/plots/*
